The role will include...

Managing a local well maintained portfolio (with thorough handover)
n
Exit condition reports
n
Managing maintenance
n
Managing rent arrears
n
Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
n




Preparing and attending VCAT if/when required
n
n

VA admin support

Monday - Friday

Work from home 1 day per week!

Required
n
n
Minimum 3 years experience managing a portfolio
n
Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
n
Own reliable transport & valid driver's license
n
Current Police Check
n
