Job Description
Metricon Homes is seeking a Site Manager to lead our busy residential construction site in the Thurgoona region. You will be responsible for delivering defect-free homes, coordinating trades, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage in office operations, subcontractor availability, and schedule trades to ensure on-time handover to clients. A strong focus on OH&S; and project governance is essential.
