About the Role
n
Stepping into our workshop, you will work across a diverse range of modern passenger, light commercial, and high-end European vehicles.
n
Your daily duties will include:
n
n
Diagnosing and repairing modern diesel light vehicles and fuel injection systems.
n
Executing advanced fault-finding, electrical diagnostics, and scanning procedures.
n
Performing logbook servicing and preventative maintenance to exact specifications.
n
Repairing, overhauling, and replacing complex mechanical components.
n
Ensuring all completed work strictly meets premium quality and safety standards.
n
Collaborating closely with our Service Advisor to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
n

Skills and Experience
n
We are looking for a trade-qualified professional who takes absolute pride in their workmanship, possesses a robust work ethic, and works well in a team.
n
n
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent trade qualification).
n
Minimum of 3 years post-trade workshop experience.
n
Proven hands-on experience working with modern diesel light vehicles and scan tools.
n
Strong diagnostic capabilities and logical troubleshooting skills.
n
A current, valid, open manual Australian Driver's Licence.
n
n
Highly Regarded Criteria:
n
n
Experience servicing European brands (BMW, VW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover).
n
Queensland Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) tester accreditation.
n
Advanced automotive electronics and vehicle programming capabilities.
