Are you a compassionate, reliable support worker ready to make a real difference? Join our team supporting clients across Brisbane South, including those living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and complex care needs.
What you'll do:
Deliver in-home and community support, Morning and Evening Shifts
Assist clients with complex care needs, including PEG care
Help clients maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life
Adapt to each client's needs with empathy, professionalism, and initiative
What you bring:
Certificate III in Disability / Individual Support (or equivalent)
12+ months' experience supporting clients with diverse and complex care needs




Manual handling experience
Experience with PEG and Stoma care
Current First Aid & CPR, Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
Valid driver's licence & car insurance
