You Will
Execute supplier strategy, allocation and production plans across your category
Manage supplier relationships and drive performance across cost, quality and lead time
Lead cost negotiations and landed cost optimisation
Own production execution, critical paths, capacity planning and risk management
Partner with Design, Buying, Planning and Quality to deliver product outcomes
Drive speed-to-market and in-season production agility
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Production team

About The Candidate
Extensive experience in global apparel production, sourcing or supplier management
Robust understanding of end-to-end production and critical path management
Strong commercial acumen, including cost negotiation and margin optimisation
Proven supplier management experience across cost, quality, compliance and sustainability
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership capability and experience developing others
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment
