Working alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals, you will gain practical exposure to a wide range of engineering and project activities within industrial refrigeration.

Key responsibilities
n

Detailed engineering design and layout work
n
Assisting with project scoping and planning
n
Preparing tender documentation and cost estimates
n
Assisting with tender evaluation and preparation of recommendation reports and presentations
n
Ensuring completed works comply with relevant codes, standards and project requirements
n
Supporting quality, safety and environmental requirements across projects
n
Working closely with engineering, project management, manufacturing, service and other departments to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget
n
Liaising with external fabricators, consultants, tradespeople and other industry professionals
n
Developing your understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, equipment, manufacturing and project delivery
n

About you
n
n
A tertiary qualification, minimum Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), in Mechanical Engineering
n
Graduate to less than 5 years' post-graduation experience, preferably with exposure to industrial refrigeration, mechanical services, manufacturing or a related industry
n
The ability to create, read and interpret engineering drawings
n




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
A proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
n
A genuine willingness to learn and develop through exposure to different areas of the business
n
The confidence to communicate with consultants, fabricators, tradespeople, suppliers and other professionals
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
n
A current and valid Australian driver's licence
n
