A Not for Profit organisation based in Melbournes inner North.

Responsibilities
n
n
Support the delivery of key finance transformation initiatives, including TechnologyOne (Cia) enhancements, FloQast implementation, AP automation and Chart of Accounts redesign.
n
Coordinate project activities from requirements gathering through to testing, implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.
n
Work closely with finance stakeholders to redesign and improve finance processes aligned to new system capabilities.
n
Support transactional data migration activities, mapping, reconciliation and data validation.
n
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and implementation support.
n
Develop process documentation, training materials and user guides for finance stakeholders.
n
Train and support finance users through system and process changes.
n
Act as a key advocate for change by working collaboratively with the broader finance team and helping embed recent ways of working.
n
Apply strong technical accounting knowledge,



particularly around AASB/IFRS standards including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
n
Partner with both Financial Accounting and FP&A; teams on projects that impact financial reporting and management reporting outcomes.
n
Provide support across budgeting, forecasting, P&L; analysis and financial models where required.
n

Qualifications
n
n
A strong background in accounting and finance, 3 -5 years minimum
n
Proficiency in Technology One and Excel
n
CPA/CA qualification
n
Solid understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
n
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
n

Based in Northern Suburbs (1 day a week, 4 days WFH)

Competitive salary approx 120k + Super
