GH Talent is seeking a People & Culture Manager for an established global manufacturer with a solid Melbourne presence. You will be the face of HR for the Australian arm, partnering with leadership, frontline teams, and the factory floor to shape people, culture and capability.

In this hands-on role you will own industrial relations, onboarding, remuneration reviews and HRIS, while coaching leaders through tough conversations and building trust across blue- and white-collar staff.
