Job Description
Deliver exceptional customer service in all bar operations. Prepare and serve beverages responsibly and efficiently. Maintain a safe, clean and compliant bar environment.

Key responsibilities
n
Provide friendly and professional service to members, guests and visitors.
n
Process sales accurately through POS systems and handle cash in accordance with club procedures.
n
Check identification and ensure responsible service of alcohol requirements are met.
n
Maintain stock levels, replenish products and assist with stock rotation.
n
Prepare, clean and reset bar areas, glassware and service stations.
n
Respond to customer enquiries and elevate issues when required.
n
Support club promotions, events and functions.
n
Comply with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)



requirements.
n
Follow all Club policies, procedures and code of conduct.
n
Report maintenance issues, hazards, incidents and near misses promptly.
n
About you
n
Current RSA / RCG competency card.
n
Previous experience working in a busy bar, club, hotel or hospitality venue.
n
Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
n
Take reasonable care for personal safety and the safety of others.
n
Use secure manual handling techniques and approved equipment.
