Job Description
VincentCare is seeking a Specialist Family Violence Practitioner for the Hume Community Hub in Shepparton. You will provide risk-informed interventions and short-term case management for victim survivors and children, using trauma-informed, person-centered approaches within established frameworks.

You will collaborate with local services, participate in after-hours on-call roster, and support clients in refuge or emergency accommodation as part of a multi-agency response.
