We are seeking outstanding candidates to join our team as a junior - intermediate administrative assistant.

Position: Legal Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Support our lawyers in all aspects of file management, including document preparation and administrative tasks.
n
Maintain and organise files, documents, and correspondence, both electronically and in hard copy.
n
Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings and other appearances, managing calendars and deadlines effectively.
n
Communicate with clients, legal professionals and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
n
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and collaborative work workplace.
n

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Proficient in computer and technology skills.
n
Professional demeanor and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Some experience in administration in a law firm or similar organisation is preferred but not essential.
