VACCA, The Victorian Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation, is seeking a Hub Practitioner to provide culturally secure responses to Aboriginal families and children seeking support and safety through Hubs.

You will work in collaboration with Orange Door staff and leadership to deliver services to Aboriginal women, men, and children who enter the hub intake system and access the wider service system.
