As Sales Executive, you will drive corporate revenue performance through proactive pipeline management and relationship-led account development. You will build partnerships, tailor solutions to client needs, and represent the Quest brand with professionalism and credibility.

Key responsibilities

Identify, target and develop current corporate accounts within the local market.
n
Manage and grow an active pipeline, with disciplined follow-up and reporting.
n
Conduct client meetings, needs analysis & negotiations; complete proposals & tenders as required.
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
n




Re-engage dormant accounts and strengthen long-term client relationships.
n
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform approach and positioning.
n

About you
n
n
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or a relationship-led role.
n
Strong consultative selling skills and professional stakeholder engagement.
n
Highly organised with the ability to manage targets, priorities and reporting requirements.
n
Confident communication style that is clear, grounded and customer-focused.
n
Experience in hospitality/travel is advantageous but not essential.
n
Current driver's licence and willingness to conduct client visits. Some intra-state travel required.
n
Applicants must have valid Australian working rights.
