This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join the business during an exciting period of growth. Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial HVAC projects, you will take ownership of projects from commencement through to successful completion, while working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal delivery teams.
n

The Role
n
n
Manage HVAC projects from contract award through to completion and handover.
n
Take overall responsibility for project delivery, including programme, cost, quality and client satisfaction.
n
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and key stakeholders.
n
Review project scopes, drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
n
Manage project budgets, variations, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
n
Develop and maintain project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
n
Manage procurement of equipment, materials and subcontractor services.
n
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks and issues.
n
Attend client, consultant and project meetings as required.
n
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant HSEQ requirements and standards.
n
Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
n
Provide leadership and support to project engineers,



coordinators and site teams.
n
Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting and handover processes.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the HVAC/mechanical services industry.
n
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC project delivery.
n
Demonstrated experience managing projects from commencement through to completion.
n
Strong commercial and financial management skills.
n
Excellent knowledge of subcontractor management, procurement and project coordination.
n
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
n
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
n
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management or a related discipline are preferred but not essential.
n
