What You'll Do

Call customers who've enquired about saving on their utility bills
n
Understand their needs and recommend the best plan or provider
n
Handle objections with confidence (we'll train you)
n
Hit daily conversion and quality targets and celebrate your wins
n
Learn from ongoing coaching, roleplays, and real feedback sessions
n

Who You Are

n
You've gotat least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role(retail, call centre, charity, advertising. car sales — all great)
n
Confident on the phoneand love a good challenge
n
You get a buzz fromclosing dealsand beating your own targets
