Solutions Architect (Sharepoint, Microsoft 365)

Role: Solutions Architect
n Brisbane-based, hybrid options
n 6 months contract, possible extensionAbout the Role:
n We're looking for an
experiencedSolution
Architectto lead the design and ongoing improvement of a Microsoft 365 collaboration and official records environment,
includingSharePoint
Online,Records365 (or similar
eDRMS)andOrchestry.
n
Responsibilities
n
Review the current environment and recommend improvements
n
Create solution architecture and technical designs (including security model)
n
Lead design for enhancements and integrations across Microsoft 365 / Azure
n
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, compliant and supportable
n
Provide governance and operating model advice
n
Mentor delivery and support teams
n
Qualifications
n
10+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale collaboration, document management, and records management solutions.
n
Strong hands-on architecture experience with:
n




SharePoint Online
n
Records365 (or equivalent eDRMS)
n
Orchestry
n
Microsoft 365information governance & compliance
n
Broad Microsoft ecosystem capability, ideally including:
n
Microsoft 365,Azure,Power Platform,Microsoft Purview,Microsoft Entra ID,Azure DevOps
n
Solid knowledge of:
n
Records management principles and best practices
n
Information architecture / taxonomy design
n
Retention, lifecycle, disposal, and compliance controls
n
Security and access management within Microsoft 365
n
