We're partnering with two leading organisations across Retail and Infrastructure to appoint Senior FP&A; Managers in Sydney.

These are commercially focused, high-visibility roles, where the analysis you produce genuinely shapes where the business puts its money.

The Role

Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycle
n
Build and improve the financial models the business actually runs on
n
Deliver board and executive reporting with insight, not just numbers
n
Partner with commercial and operational leaders on performance and cost
n
Support scenario analysis, investment cases and margin improvement work
n
Support reporting tools, systems and data quality
n
Lead, coach and develop a team of 2-4 analysts
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
CA / CPA qualified
n
Solid modelling and analytical skills, and genuinely sharp in Excel
n
Experience in large, complex or multi-entity organisations
n
Able to turn a lot of messy data into a short, clear story
n
Confident holding your own with senior non-finance stakeholders
n
Exposure to modern planning and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, Anaplan or similar)
n
Retail / Infrastructure sector knowledge beneficial
n
