We're seeking an experienced Maintenance & Asset Superintendent to lead maintenance operations in Hunter Valley, ensuring the secure, reliable and cost-effective performance of mobile and fixed plant assets.

This is a hands‐on leadership role with accountability for people, safety, asset performance and maintenance delivery.

The Role

Lead and supervise maintenance teams including Leading Hands and Plant Fitters
n
Manage preventative maintenance,



breakdowns and statutory compliance activities
n
Drive a strong safety culture aligned with site, customer and legislative requirements
n
Oversee maintenance scheduling across multiple operational sites
n
Monitor asset performance, availability and maintenance costs
n
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
n
Manage contractors and outsourced maintenance services
n
Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers
n
Deliver regular reporting on asset performance and cost
