About the Role:

Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC qualified who thrives on building trusted partner relationships and driving customer success?
n
We're working with an innovative and rapidly growing software business that supports Microsoft Dynamics partners worldwide through a unique platform designed to improve productivity, consistency, and quality across the sales and implementation lifecycle.
n
As Partner Success Director, you will play a critical role in helping Dynamics partners successfully adopt and embed the platform into their business operations, ensuring maximum value, engagement, and long-term success.
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n
Lead the onboarding of new partner organisations
n
Map partner business processes to platform capabilities
n
Develop and execute tailored onboarding and adoption plans
n
Build strong relationships with partner leadership teams
n
Facilitate weekly operational meetings and monthly steering committees
n
Drive platform adoption and user engagement across partner organisations
n
Support partners in embedding new ways of working and best practices
n
Contribute to contract renewals through successful partner outcomes
n
What We're Looking For:
n




You'll bring a strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem alongside experience working within a Dynamics practice in a senior capacity.
n
Senior experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice in one or more of:
n
Project Delivery
n
Strong experience with D365 Business Central (essential)
n
Good understanding of Microsoft partner business models
n
Experience estimating and scoping Business Applications projects
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
n
Highly organised with strong planning capabilities
n
Ability to quickly learn and champion new software platforms
n
Additional Experience (Desirable)
n
Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
n
Experience working with implementation partners or consultancies
n
