We're now looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Brisbane team.
n
The Role
n
You'll manage a varied and meaningful caseload, supported by experienced peers and leaders who genuinely understand rehab work.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
Developing tailored rehabilitation and return‐to‐work plans
n
Assessing physical, psychological, social, and vocational factors
n
Conducting Vocational, Workplace and Functional Capacity Assessments
n
Working collaboratively with clients, employers, treating providers and insurers
n
Providing clear, evidence‐based advice to support sustainable outcomes
n

About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
A qualification as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
n
Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
n
Around 1–2 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation
n
Solid communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
n
A genuine interest in achieving positive, sustainable outcomes for people
n
A current driver's licence and recent National Police Clearance
n
