About the Role
n
As a Mortgage Broker with Livi Lending, you'll operate your own broking business while benefiting from the support, systems, referral networks and industry reputation of an established organisation.
n
You'll play a key role in guiding customers through their home finance journey while working closely with internal stakeholders, including New Home Consultants, to deliver seamless and empowering customer experiences.

You Will
n

Provide expert advice on lending products, refinancing and tailored financial solutions
n
Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
n
Prepare and submit compliant, accurate loan applications
n
Work closely with lenders and customers throughout the entire loan process
n
Engage in lead generation, supported by company-driven and internal referral streams
n
Leverage our digital tools, CRM and marketing support to build your personal brand
n
Represent Livi Lending professionally in the market and within Burbank Group networks
n
Proactively build and maintain referral relationships to grow your client base
n




This role suits someone with strong relationship-building ability, commercial acumen and a genuine passion for helping customers make confident financial decisions.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (mandatory)
n
At least 2 years' experience in mortgage broking or lending
n
Strong credit, product and lending process knowledge
n
High-level customer service and communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple clients with accuracy and urgency
n
Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships
n
A self-motivated approach with strong business development skills
n
Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to grow your own client portfolio
n
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes
