Plumber / Gas Fitter - Full Time Position

We are now seeking experienced Plumber / Gas Fitters to join our maintenance team and support the safe, reliable operation of our facilities.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Plumbing Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, installation and upgrade of plumbing systems across Woodlands' sites.
n
This is a wide-ranging, practical role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on site, and contributing to a safety-focused team environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Install, repair and maintain water, plumbing, heating and gas systems
n
Maintain and upgrade water treatment facilities
n
Install and repair hot and cold water and gas pipework
n
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across buildings and sheds
n
Maintain accurate records, tools and equipment
n
Assist with sourcing materials and job preparation
n
Participate in on-call duties as required
n
Comply with all WHS, environmental and safety procedures
n
Undertake other duties within the scope of the role as required
n

You will bring

Trade qualification in Plumbing and Gas Fitting
n
Strong hands‐on plumbing experience
n
Good communication skills and a professional approach
n
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
n
A positive attitude and willingness to support others
n

Physical & Work Requirements
n
n
Ability to perform manual and physically demanding work
n
Comfortable working in hot, cold or wet environments
n
Confident using power tools and wearing PPE
n
Able to work at heights, in confined spaces and independently
n
