Intermediate Accountant at Established Sunshine Coast Firm
n
$75,000 - $90,000 plus super, depending on experience, with a clear progression plan. It's a full-time roll in the office so you build connections with the team and clients.
n
You will hold a bachelor degree or higher and have at least 2 years in public practice. You have likely started the CA, CPA or IPA Program, and we will mentor you to finish it with study leave.
n

The essence of the role is simple
n
You have mastered the basics of compliance. Tax returns, financials and BAS are second nature, Xero is second nature, and you are keen to start working directly with clients.
n
You provide bookkeeping and Xero support, quickly building relationships with the clients who need it, including those on a weekly or monthly bookkeeping agreement with us.
n
You take care of super fund job prep, preparing and managing the queries that go back and forth with our clients.
n
You have the support of your Manager and Partner, and join them in client meetings for your designated clients.
n
You will quickly build trust and take the lead as main contact for a group of clients.
n
You will support a team and assist preparers, preparing your clients' returns, BAS and other key documents.
n
You are a call or email away when clients need help, and quick calls and emails are always free.
n
You are comfortable using AI responsibly and adapting to change.
n
