About the Role
n
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance team leadership, commercial performance and member experience.
n
You'll lead from the front - building strong relationships with members, developing your team in real time, and setting the standard for energy, service and professionalism.
n
Alongside leading the Health Club, you will:
n
n
Spend time on the gym floor supporting members and team
n
Undertake Duty Manager shifts as part of the leadership team
n
n
What You'll Be Responsible For
n
n
Leading and developing a high-performing team of fitness professionals
n
Driving membership growth, retention and overall club performance
n
Creating an energetic, welcoming and results-driven culture
n
Supporting sales through strong member engagement and community outreach
n




Overseeing daily operations including rostering, standards and reporting
n
Collaborating with the Facility Manager and wider leadership team
n
n

Required Qualifications
n
n
Certificate III & IV in Fitness
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
n
Lifeguard Qualification (or ability to obtain)
n
