Airbus Australia Pacific is seeking a Manager Commercial Delivery AMP to take end-to-end governance and operational accountability for the C130J Air Mobility Program (AMP) contract. In this pivotal role, you will lead a multi-functional team, negotiate and manage complex prime and subcontracts, and serve as the RAAF C-130J Platform Steward to the Enterprise to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n
Contract & Commercial Governance
n
n
Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and compliance of all program agreements, including ASDEFCON and TLS contracts.
n
Drive operational cost-effectiveness, manage service-level budgets, and ensure prompt quote submissions and invoicing.
n
Manage strategic commercial risks, draft proactive Contract Change Proposals (CCPs), and support internal bid gate reviews.
n
Serve as the primary focal point for RAAF C-130J Enterprise Stewardship Enterprise.
n
Monitor fleet health, analyse performance trends, and collaborate with Enterprise stakeholders to address weaknesses and drive continuous improvement.
n
Manage contract Plans and lead Enterprise-level risk management to optimise fleet sustainment for CASG.
n

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
n
n
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of commercial and service delivery personnel.
n
Act as the primary interface for legal, regulatory,



and compliance matters - including ITAR/EAR export controls and IP reporting.
n
Lead Periodic and Annual Performance Reviews with customers to maintain exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
n

What We Are Looking For
n
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
n
n
Security Clearance: Must hold (or be eligible to obtain/maintain) an Australian Negative Vetting 1 Defence Security Clearance.
n
Education: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Business, Law, Engineering, or Logistics).
n
Contractual Expertise: Extensive understanding of Commonwealth procurement frameworks, the ASDEFCON contracting suite, and Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) mechanisms.
n
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven capability to build solid, collaborative relationships across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
n
Compliance & Safety Focus: Strong commitment to workplace safety (SMS), quality standards, and export control regulations (ITAR/EAR).
n
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating high-performing teams and building a positive workplace culture.
n
Clear, persuasive, and confident communication skills across all levels of an organization.
