Job Description
Basin Sands Logistics is seeking an experienced HSEQ & Compliance Advisor in Broken Hill to own the HSE function across our operations. You will identify risks, implement controls, and drive improvements by working directly with drivers, operators, supervisors and management.

In this hands-on role you will lead risk assessments, manage drug and alcohol programs, maintain compliance frameworks, and foster a proactive safety culture at regional sites across NSW.
