The Opportunity
n
As the Senior Delivery Lead, you'll work across a portfolio of customer-facing digital products and platforms, partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Design leaders to improve delivery maturity, remove friction and create consistency across the organisation.
n
You'll help define what great product delivery looks like by coaching teams, standardising ways of working and ensuring delivery is predictable, transparent and focused on customer outcomes.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Coach and support multiple cross-functional product squads to improve delivery performance.
n
Drive consistent Agile delivery practices across the organisation.
n
Improve planning, dependency management and cross-team coordination.
n
Establish meaningful delivery metrics and reporting, including velocity, throughput and team health.
n
Partner with Product Managers,



Engineering Managers and Design leaders to continuously improve ways of working.
n
Balance strategic oversight with hands‐on leadership.
n
n
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have Experience:
n
n
Leading delivery across multiple cross‐functional digital product teams within a product operating model.
n
Partnering with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to deliver customer‐focused digital products.
n
Coaching Agile teams and improving delivery maturity through modern delivery practices.
n
Managing cross-team dependencies, delivery planning, risks and impediments across multiple initiatives.
n
Implementing and optimising delivery tools and practices using Jira and Confluence.
n
Influencing stakeholders and driving change without direct authority.
n
Operating in rapid‐paced digital transformation or product environments where you've helped establish or improve ways of working.
n

Highly regarded:
n
n
Experience supporting an organisation transitioning from project delivery to a product operating model.
n
Experience establishing delivery standards, governance and consistent ways of working across multiple teams.
n
Experience in large enterprise or complex digital environments delivering customer‐facing products and platforms.
