An established and well-regarded personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and support the continued growth of the practice.
n
This is a broad role suited to a commercially minded marketing qualified who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. You will oversee the firm's marketing activities while leading a small client intake team and working closely with senior stakeholders.

Develop and implement the firm's marketing and business development strategy
n
Manage digital marketing campaigns, website content, SEO, social media and online presence
n
Strengthen the firm's brand, communications and market positioning
n
Lead CRM strategy, database management and client engagement initiatives
n
Analyse campaign performance, enquiry sources and client conversion data
n
Identify referral, partnership and business development opportunities
n
Coordinate events, sponsorships and community engagement activities
n
Prepare tenders, submissions, presentations and marketing materials
n
Manage relationships with external agencies and service providers
n
Lead and support a small client intake team
n




Monitor the marketing budget and report on performance and return on investment
n

About the Candidate
n
The successful candidate will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
n
Strong digital marketing, brand, communications and CRM experience
n
A demonstrated ability to develop strategy and deliver initiatives from beginning to end
n
Experience leading or mentoring a small team
n
Strong stakeholder management, writing and communication skills
n
A commercial and data-driven approach to marketing
n
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Experience within a law firm or professional services environment, although candidates from other relevant sectors are encouraged to apply
n
Personal injury experience would be advantageous but is not essential
n
Familiarity with platforms such as ********** and legal systems including Actionstep or iManage would be highly regarded
n

The salary package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience.
