Multiskilled Tradesperson – Remedial Building Projects
n
This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who enjoys variety and has experience across multiple areas of construction. You will work across a range of remedial building projects, working closely with our Project Managers and Site Supervisors to deliver quality workmanship safely, efficiently and to specification.

Key responsibilities

Carry out a range of remedial building works across Sydney
n
Concrete repairs, patching and remediation
n
Waterproofing and associated preparation works
n
Rendering, plastering and surface preparation
n
Carpentry and general building repairs
n
Tiling and associated remedial works
n
Painting and finishing works where required
n
Assist with demolition, preparation and site set-up
n
Identify issues on‐site and provide practical solutions
n
Work from project instructions and specifications
n

About you

Reliable transport
n
Demonstrated construction or remedial building experience
n




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Strong commitment to safety and quality
n
A relevant trade qualification or experience in remedial building will be highly regarded
