About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Clarks Mackay team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who thrives on delivering results, developing teams, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
n
Drive sales performance, including UPT, ATV, and conversion
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium in-store experience
n
Manage daily store operations including rosters, stock, and visual merchandising
n
Analyse store performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets
n
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
n

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail (or an experienced sales assistant that is looking for the next level up in their career)
n
Strong leadership and team development skills
n
Commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and KPIs
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Passion for footwear and customer service
