DESCRIPTIONn
As Vice President, Finance, you will controland influence a high-performing international finance organization across Australia, India, and Asia. You'll provide mentorship, performance coaching, and professional development to your direct reports and their teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.

You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy and be responsible for making complex, strategic decisions that have a significant impact across the organization. You'll hold full accountability for the region's financial performance, including financial stewardship, planning, governance, risk management, and the achievement of business objectives.
n
Working with a global scope, you'll collaborate closely with the Group Leadership Team, Global Finance Leadership Team, and Regional Leadership Team to help shape strategy, drive execution, and ensure alignment across the enterprise.
n
Your decisions will have a substantial impact on business performance, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and our ability to deliver value to customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilitiesn
n
n
Partner with Regional Senior Leadership to drive the achievement of financial and operational targets.
n
n
Provide insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, including profitability and ROI analysis, sales target setting, business plan reviews, pricing strategy, pricing reviews, and cost optimization initiatives.
n
n
Measure and report business performance to key stakeholders, including Regional business leaders, the Regional Senior Leadership Team, and the Group Senior Leadership Team.
n
n
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the Region.




n
n
Lead all local financial activities within the Region and serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Finance and Controlling activities.
n
n
Represent the regional interface with central Finance Operations.
n
n
Harmonize local processes and progressively transition appropriate activities to Finance Operations for centralized delivery.
n
n
Ensure compliance with regional financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
n

Experiencen
n
n
Demonstrated senior leadership experience within the Finance domain
n
n
Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic setting
n
n
CPaaS, SaaS,



Technology or Telecommunications industry experience is highly desirable
n
n
Managing an international team working across multiple locations and timezones.
n
n
Building, developing and inspiring a high-performance team.
n
n
Proven experience in managing financial initiatives and teamsacross Australia, New Zealand, India and Asia is required.
n
Education and Qualificationsn
n
n
Degree qualified with either a CA or CPA qualification.
n
n
An MBA or equivalent post graduate qualification is highly regarded.
