Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead complex exhibition, event, signage, POS and retail display projects from concept through to delivery.

This role would suit someone from an events, expos, conventions or exhibition background who understands the pace, complexity and practical production requirements involved in bringing large-scale projects to life. Experience across signage, POS or retail display will be highly regarded.

This is a leadership role for someone who can confidently run their own projects while guiding, supporting and developing a team of four Project Managers.

About the role
n
n
You'll oversee end-to-end project delivery across exhibitions, events, convention activations, signage, point-of-sale and retail displays. Working closely with clients, suppliers, production teams and installers, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

You'll also provide day-to-day leadership to the PM team, helping them prioritise work, manage challenges and deliver consistently in a rapid-paced environment.

What you'll bring
n
n
Strong project management experience in exhibitions, events,



expos, conventions or large-scale activations
n
Exposure to signage, POS, retail displays or custom-built environments
n
A practical understanding of production, fabrication and manufacturing—not just installation
n
Experience managing projects from briefing and quoting through production, installation and final delivery
n
The ability to manage multiple projects, suppliers, stakeholders, deadlines and budgets
n
Proven leadership capability, with the confidence to mentor and support other Project Managers
n
A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and the ability to lead from the front
n
n
Ideally, you'll have
n
n
A background as an Exhibition Project Manager, Event Project Manager, Convention Project Manager, Senior Signage PM or Senior POS PM
n
Experience delivering custom stands, displays, activations, retail environments or event infrastructure
n
Practical knowledge of materials, finishes, production methods and supplier coordination
n
A calm, capable approach in deadline-driven environments
