Job Description
You'll oversee the daily delivery of multiple cladding and render projects on some of Melbourne's best custom-built homes. You'll be the key link between our office, builders, and site teams-responsible for ensuring work is carried out to spec, on time, and to our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervising cladding and render crews on multiple residential sites
n
Monitoring quality, compliance, and adherence to manufacturer specifications
n
Handling site reporting and materials orders through our PM software.
n
Scheduling work and coordinating with builders and internal teams
n
Troubleshooting site issues and providing solutions
n
Training and mentoring subcontractors to lift performance
n
Upholding safety, communication, and professionalism on every site
n
n

To be successful in the role you would ideally have:
n
n
Strong experience in cladding, or similar exterior finishing trades will be highly regarded.
n
Proven ability to supervise crews and manage multiple sites
n
A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising construction crews is required.
n
Strong communication skills-clear, respectful, and proactive
n
A commitment to safety, quality, and doing things properly
n
A current Construction White Card.
n
Drive to be part of a growing, high-performance business
n
Sound knowledge of Hebel, James Hardie, and Cemintel systems will be highly regarded.
