About The Company
n
There is an exciting prospect for a self-motivated and experienced Accounts Payable to provide quality accounts payable support to an industry leader in manufacturing. Their head office is based in Epping, with ample car parking on site.
n




The Role
n
Situated within the Finance Team, you will be responsible for full function Accounts Payable including:
n
n
Enter and process invoices into MYOB
n
Prepare payments to suppliers
n
Liaise and set up new uppliers & vendors
n
Attend to accounts payable queries
n
Document mangement and other AP related tasks
n
General administration such as answering phones, greeting visitors and maintain office supplies
n
n
To be successful for this position, you will need...
n
n
Proven experience in a Accounts Payable role
n
Experience with Accounting systems such as MYOB
n
Strong accuracy attention to detail
n
Excellent time management, organisation skills and the ability to self manage
n
Have a "can-do" and enthusiastic attitude
