Role Overview

Lead the full performance, growth and strategic direction of a major QLD operation within the construction and infrastructure sector. This senior role oversees financial results, operational excellence, safety, client relationships and leadership capability while contributing as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The position is accountable for delivering safe, profitable and scalable services aligned with long‐term organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic planning, business performance and long‐term growth across QLD.
n
Lead financial performance including revenue, profitability, budgeting and forecasting.
n
Oversee day‐to‐day operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high‐quality service delivery.
n
Champion safety, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
n
Lead, coach and develop Operations, Regional and functional leaders.
n
Promote innovation,



digital adoption and process improvement across all service lines.
n
Contribute to organisational capability, leadership culture and succession planning.

Qualifications and Experience
n
n
Proven experience leading multi‐site or large‐scale operational teams in construction or infrastructure.
n
Solid commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial performance.
n
Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, organisational leadership and change management.
n
Experience developing leaders, building capability and driving high‐performance cultures.
n
Commitment to safety, compliance, governance and continuous improvement.
n
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and cross‐functional teams.
