We are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to oversee residential projects and insurance claims across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
n
About the Role:
n
As a key member of our team, you'll manage multiple projects, ensuring a high level of service and quality is achieved. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff to deliver high-quality repairs on time and within budget.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Interpreting scopes of work, specialist reports, and building plans
n
Managing budgets and forecasting project costs
n
Coordinating multiple repair jobs simultaneously
n
Communicating effectively with all stakeholders
n
Ensuring compliance with ethical, safety, and quality standards
n




Using computer-based systems for documentation and reporting
n
n
About You:
n
We're looking for someone who's confident, well-organised, and committed to delivering top-tier service.

You will have:

Strong construction knowledge (trade background highly regarded)
n

Robust construction knowledge (trade background highly regarded)
n
Proven experience supervising repair or construction projects
n
A QBCC Supervisor Licence, or be eligible to hold one
n
A valid Queensland Driver's Licence
n
Great communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
n
Flexibility to assist with emergency event responses (occasional travel)
n
A professional manner, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
n
