We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Team Leader to join our team and help maintain high-quality landscapes across a range of commercial sites. If you have a solid background in landscaping, irrigation, and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role
n
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of your landscape maintenance team, ensuring each site is presented to the highest standard.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Conducting site inspections to assess and maintain landscape condition
n
Maintaining and servicing irrigation systems
n
Leading small teams across day-to-day site operations
n
Training and mentoring recent staff members
n
Liaising with on-site building managers to address specific site requirements
n
Lawn mowing, hedging, pruning, and general garden maintenance
n
Planting, mulching,



and soft landscaping installations
n
Identifying and addressing plant health and pest issues
n
Ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards
n
Reporting to the Director with maintenance updates and improvement recommendations
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
n
Strong knowledge and experience in irrigation systems
n
Solid plant knowledge and practical gardening skills
n
Manual driver's license (required)
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
n
