Job Description
Bayside Health Kidney Dialysis Service is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to provide strategic clinical and operational leadership for the dialysis program at Redland Hospital and satellite sites. You will lead approximately 18 FTE, drive staffing and performance improvement, and foster a culture of safety and high-quality patient care.
