Job Description
Mazzei Homes in Hawthorn, Melbourne, seeks an experienced Estimator to lead costings for luxury custom homes valued from $2.5M to $10M+. The role focuses on competitive tendering, pre-contract pricing and production estimates, working with the construction team to ensure exact costing from concept to site.

You will own multiple tenders, prepare BOQs and purchase orders, and manage pricing with a focus on commercial outcomes and exceptional service.
