The Role
n
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of site, including:
n
n
Managing subcontractors and trades across all stages of construction
n
Driving programme and coordinating upcoming works
n
Maintaining exceptionally high standards across quality and finishes
n
Reviewing drawings and coordinating design details on site
n
Managing WHS,



site compliance and QA
n
Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and design team
n
Managing client expectations and maintaining professional communication throughout the build
n
Identifying issues early and driving practical solutions on site
n
Managing defects and ensuring a high-quality handover
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone with:
n
n
Proven Site Manager / Foreman experience within luxury residential construction
n
Experience delivering bespoke homes or high-end residential projects
n
Strong technical construction knowledge
n
An exceptional eye for detail, finishes and quality
n
Solid programming and subcontractor management skills
n
Confidence dealing with architects, consultants, clients and premium trades
n
A professional, calm and solutions-focused approach to delivery
n
n
