Job Description
Vaughan Constructions is seeking an experienced Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates and BOQs across
commercial/industrial
projects in NSW. You will analyse design docs, engage with subcontractors, and manage cost-related elements from enquiry through construction.

Key duties include preparing budget estimates within +/-5%, reviewing tender docs, generating BOQs, and supporting subcontract negotiations. Attention to detail and Buildsoft Cubit proficiency are essential.
