Job Description
Youfoodz is seeking a Supply Planning & Optimisation Manager in Karawatha to ensure demand is met through accurate planning, scheduling, and inventory management. You will align commercial demand with factory execution and enable on-time fulfillment across B2B and B2C channels.

Responsibilities include leading capacity planning with
Manufacturing/Engineering,
driving CI and OEE, and transitioning to a mature IBP model while mentoring a team of four direct reports.
