The Job
n

Manage and successfully complete residential plumbing jobs & projects
n
Supervise, train and mentor apprentices and junior tradesmen, supporting learning and growth within the team
n
Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems efficiently
n
Collaborate effectively with customers and teammates, promoting more effective operations and greater outcomes
n
Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining outstanding customer service
n

Qualified Plumber
n
Experience in residential maintenance
n
Excellent customer service skills
n
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team
n
Fit, active and takes pride in being sharp (on tools and off)
n
Communicates well and thrives in a team-first workplace
n
Valid driver's license, white card and clear police/WWC checks
n
Exceptional attention to detail - we hold a high standard in our workmanship
n
