Duties
n
n
Manage projects from pre-construction and procurement through to completion and handover
n
Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
n
Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
n
Build solid relationships with clients and key project stakeholders
n
Monitor project risks, variations, costs and programme requirements




n
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Project Management experience with a reputable commercial head contractor
n
Strong fitout, refurbishment and/or live environment construction experience
n
Experience delivering commercial projects $10M and above
n
Experienced with Procore, Aconex or alike
n
Construction Management, Building or related qualification preferred
n
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
