The Role
n
As the Head of Finance APAC, you will provide strategic and operational leadership in financial management for the Asia‐Pacific region. This role will be a key member of the regional leadership team, driving growth and operational excellence through financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Develop and implement the regional financial strategy in alignment with global objectives
n
Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning
n




Oversee the accounting, payroll, tax, and treasury functions across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore
n
Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and financial regulations
n
Support with potential M&A; activity
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ACA preferred)
n
5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
n
Robust understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory environments
n
Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and execution within a multinational organisation
n
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
