Award winning Nu Nu Restaurant,located in Palm Cove, islooking for an experienced Bartender to join our team.

This long-term, full time rolewill require you to work afternoons and evenings overseeing the restaurant bar and assisting in the busy front of house operation as required. We are seeking a team player with extensive bar tending experience including;

Excellent cocktail making skills gained from working in a busy restaurant or bar
n
Wine knowledge
n
Stock control and ordering
n
Able to work evening shifts and weekends
n
Carrying 3 plates
n
Sharing knowledge of food and wine
n
Be a team player
n
Keep a clean and tidy work area
n
Hold a current nationally recognised RSA
n
n
This is a very quick paced position and the successful applicant must be highly organised and able to multi task. Due to operating hours your own transport is necessary.
