Job Description
Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking an O&M; Laborer to join our team. The role involves maintaining a protected, clean operating environment at our solar farm sites across Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas.

You will work under the O&M; Project Manager, performing grounds maintenance, inspections, and basic maintenance in a physically active outdoor setting. Ideal candidates will have labouring or related experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
