Our client is a well-established national civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering major renewable energy and transport infrastructure projects across Australia. Due to a signifcant project award in Regional South Australia they are seeking an experienced Supervisor - Structures to oversee the delivery of multiple
concrete/structures
scopes for a large renewable energy project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record supervising sizable crews on large construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise day-to-day site operations across civil construction activities.
n
Coordinate crews, plant, labour, and subcontractors to ensure protected and efficient project delivery.
n
Promote and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all work fronts.
n
Monitor daily progress and productivity against project schedules.



Work closely with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and site leadership team to achieve project objectives.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders on site.
n
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
n

Key Requirements
n
n
Proven experience as a Supervisor on large-scale civil or mining projects.
n
Strong background delivering concrete structures and associated civil infrastructure.
n
Demonstrated leadership experience supervising site-based crews and subcontractors.
n
Strong understanding of site productivity, planning, and daily work coordination.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
