About the Role

We are looking for an experienced a senior data analyst to join a high-performing team within a public sector organization. In this role, you will leverage data to support business decision-making by developing insightful reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting, automate processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, transform, and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable business insights.
n
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
n
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and reporting solutions.
n
Gather reporting requirements and support the design, testing, deployment, and enhancement of reporting products.
n
Automate reporting processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
n




Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and support informed decision-making.
n
Experience with SAS (Enterprise Guide, VIYA, Visual Analytics).
n
Robust SQL programming and data analysis skills.
n
Experience with SAP, particularly the Public Sector Collections & Disbursements module (highly regarded).
n
Previous experience working within Federal Government (NDIS experience highly desirable).
n
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar BI tools.
n
Knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, and SourceTree.
n
Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable.
n
