Comprehensive and brief assessment, one-to-one treatment, care planning and case management

Group facilitation and assertive outreach, including support for clients in crisis
n
Includes evening and weekend hours
n
Works collaboratively across our programs and with external services
n
Works across the Sydney North region (Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde) as the service grows
